Just got back from Shanghai. Lots of words and pictures to follow shortly. For anyone looking for a shopping holiday, this is my take on the toothbrush scale of purchasing price parity:
A nifty toothbrush that costs $7 in Singapore and $5 in Malaysia costs only $2 in Shanghai.
